Radius = 2.8/2 =1.4 m.

Circumference of wheel = 2(pi)radius.

= 2×(22/7)×1.4= 2×22×(0.2)=8.8 meters.

= (8.8×1000)metres/8.8 metres.

=1000 rotations.
