Firstly don't worry too much because everyone's first subject that they are good at may not be maths. Secondly when reading a question underline or circle the key words in the question. Then identify what each keyword means or how a number which you have circled is important. After that figure out what operation you will be using to solve the question. Then using what you already know do addition, subtraction, division or multiplication. Finally, you have your answer. Don't worry if your answer is incorrect but just make sure that you ask your techer what the mistake was and always learn from your mistakes.
