Answer

Parallelogram

perimeter = 2(w+h)

where:
w is the width of the parallelogram
h is the side length

In this case perimeter = 72 m

w = h - 4

as we have : p = 2(w + h)

                     72 = 2 (h-4 + h)

                     72 = 2 (2h - 4)

                     72 = 4h - 8

                     72 + 8 = 4h

                     80 = 4h

                     h = 80 / 4 = 20 m

h: 20 m so w= h-4 = 20 - 4 = 16 m

w: 16m and h: 20m
