Answer

In the Plants Cells: The Middle Lamella is an outer cell wall layer which is composed of pectin. Pectin is a polysaccharide that aid in cell adhesion by helping the cell walls of adjacent cells to bind to one another.

In the Bacterias Cells: The major component of the bacterial cell wall is peptidoglycan or murein. This rigid structure of peptidoglycan, specific only to prokaryotes, gives the cell shape and surrounds the cytoplasmic membrane.

In the Fungals Cells: The fungal cell wall is composed of chitin (acetylglucosamine polymers), glucans, polysaccharides and mucopolysaccharides, waxes, and pigments. Glucans present in the fungal cell wall are endotoxin-like substances that may stimulate the immune system. Fungal cell wall pigments such as melanin may be present to protect against ultraviolet radiation.
