3*4(6+7÷3)*2=

3*4= 12

(6+7÷3)= 6+(7÷3)= 6+2,3= 8,3

The solution:

12*8,3*2= 99,6*2= 199,2

Ps.: The numbers inside parenthesis are considered as one number. So they need to be calculated apart.
