This will make NaNo3+H2. The sodium will react with the nitric acid and will form sodium nitrate salt while separating hydrogen ion which is released as hydrogen gas.

In the video the instructor uses zinc and hydrochloric acid but we can replace them with sodium and nitric acid and get the same result but with different salts.
