Adverbs are a very broad collection of words that may describe how, where, or when an action took place. They may also express the viewpoint of the speaker about the action, the intensity of an adjective or another adverb, or several other functions.

The examples of the words can be given as under:

1. just :

Adverb: just

Eg. Suzzane was just leaving the school when her name was called out.

2. popular :

Adverb: popularly

Eg. Mahatma Gandhi is known popularly for his non-violence in the Indian freedom struggle.

3. Punctual :

Adverb: Punctually

Eg. Suzy is always reaching the destination punctually.

4. Secret :

Adverb: Secretly

Eg. The army operation was being carried out secretly.

5. Obedient :

Adverb: Obediently.

Eg. Kimi obeys his teacher obediently.
